Abstract
During the Great Revolution, Chen Duxiu had ever had a correct comprhension on the proletariat’s leadership and the peasants’ leading role in the democratic revolution.He had ever tried to put his thought into practice. Howecer, owing to the mistakes in his guiding thought, all good achievements he had obtained in his thought and practice had been lost and hence resulted in the defeat of Great Revolution.
