Abstract
Introduced the cement industry in our country in detail in three aspects.They were the effectiveness obtained by practicing four zero and one negative strategy,status and role in promoting the development of recycling economy,as well as the typical enterprises in the field of recycling economy.The unique advantage of recycling the waste and the healthy and orderly development of China's cement industry would make greater contributions to the development of recycling economy system.
