Abstract

To take 82B wire as example to analyse the rough and viscosity reason of high carbon steel wire rod's surface after pickling.Combing with actual production,and improve technological parameters of HCl pickling:(1) each pickling bath made the appropriate HCl mass concentration scope and gradient,among them,the second pickling bath ρ(HCl) is 110~150g/L,ρ(FeCl2)is 90~150 g/L;the third pickling bath ρ(HCl) is 170~210 g/L,ρ(FeCl2)is 20~60 g/L;the fourth pickling bath ρ(HCl) is 210~250 g/L,ρ(FeCl2)is 10~30 g/L.(2) pickling time is 10~14 min.(3) by normal temperature pickling,and no need of heating.(4) corrosion inhibitor is better to add on the surface of acid liquid and become foam layer.After using new pickling technology,the high carbon steel wire's surface is smooth and no viscosity,the pickling process is normal and good effect.To decrease the frequency of HCl solution concentration adjustment and reduce the cost of production and provide guarantee for further processing.
