ANALYSIS OF CLUSTERING OF DISEASE IN FAMILY OF HEPATITIS A,HEPATITIS B,HEPATITIS E IN GUANGZHOU

[Objective]To analyze the clustering of disease in family of Hepatitis A,Hepatitis B,Hepatitis E in Guangzhou,to provide evidence for the prevention and control of viral hepatitis.[Methods]1-59 years old residents had been drawn from 12 districts of Guangzhou with the method of layering two stage random cluster sampling.Of which 1 301 whole households accepted the investigation.Demographic characteristics,immunization history,history of past illness of viral hepatitis were investigated use the self-made questionnaire.Venous blood were collected in spot and serology Hepatitis A,Hepatitis B,Hepatitis E were analyzed.[Results]The aggregation rate of Hepatitis A,Hepatitis B,Hepatitis E and A,E superinfection infection were by turns:68.94%,10.94%,10.54%,11.16%.Clustering of disease in family of these viral hepatitis were compared.There had difference in area of hepatitis A(P﹤0.05),village were higher than city.There was no difference in other two kinds of viral hepatitis(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]There is clustering of disease in family of hepatitis A,hepatitis B,hepatitis E in Guangzhou,strengthening the household prevention and control measure are important to decrease the infection of viral hepatitis.
