Function of Knowledge Management in Intuition Decision-making

In field of management,the role of intuition can not be ignored,and even become a decisive factor with the characteristics of system integrity,creative and quick simplicity as opposed to logical thinking.From the perspective of knowledge,intuitive decision-making is a knowledge acquisition,use and innovation process.Knowledge Management as an innovative management model is a powerful tool to solve the match of decision-making and knowledge.This paper analyzed the knowledge resources characteristics of intuitive decision-making and the intrinsic unity between knowledge management and intuition decision-making.Based on these,the paper studied on the function of knowledge management in intuition decision-making from three points:intuitive bias amendment,the knowledge gap close and decision efficiency improvement.Decision-making body that understands intuition and has a correct view of intuition,he should conform to the core requirements of knowledge management to take full advantage of the intuitive decision-making.This study was designed to provide the foundation of the theory and practice for transforming the intuitive unconscious habits into conscious action,with inducing the tendencies and characteristics of intuitive decision-making by knowledge management.
