A Study on the Structure of Financing Demand of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Counter-measures

As an important part of the national economy,small and medium enterprises have been saddled with difficulty in financing for a long period of time.There are significant differences in financing demand among different enterprises,which can be classified into three types: RD financing,working capital financing and fixed asset financing.The paper makes an in-depth analysis on those financing demand and proposes that various financing demand should be treated with different policies: RD financing demand should attract the most significant attention from the government;the financing demand for working capital should be resolved by the reform of financial system;the financing demand for fixed assets should rely on the force of the market economy,a competitive mechanism of survival of the fittest.Centering on the three types of financing de-mand,the paper further puts forward several management counter-measures and suggestions.
