Abstract
As one of the wheat production bases in China, 750 million kg wheat straw was harvested in Yuncheng region, wheat straw accounts for 80% of cattle roughage Aimed at increasing BW gains and wheat straw utilization rate by feeding wheat straw, we conducted the experiment on beef cattle fattening with ammoniated wheat straws, during the fattening period, the average daily gain of experiment group was 197 8 g more than that of control group, the average net income per head per day in experiment group was 0 48 RMB yuan more than that of control group
