Abstract
Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous SiO2 materials(3DOM SiO2) were synthesized by PS colloid crystal template and different precursors. The ethanol solutions of TEOS and sol of TEOS used as precursors were filled in the PS template, respectively, and PS template was removed by calcinations eventually. The SEM images indicated that the macroporous structure of 3DOM SiO2 is influenced by the difference of precursor. When the sol of TEOS is used as precursor, obtained 3DOM SiO2 had ordered and integrated structure and interconnected each other by small windows. The result of XRD showed the wall of the macropores consist of amorphous structure.
