Abstract
The effects of different fertilization systems on the activities of urease and catalase were studied. The results showed that: application of urea could increase the activities of urease, but it was not sensitive to catalase.Application of organic fertilization could increase the activities of urease and catalase, but the activity of urease was weaker than the same concentration of urea. The treatment of urea combined with organic fertilization could increase strikingly the activities of urease and catalase, the activities were higher than only organic fertilization or urea, and the high activities could keep a long time, until the 30rd.
