Abstract
The economy in China is undertaking a period when the old administrative and moral constraints have lost their effects on credit behaviour. As a result, there is a great of credit lacking in the economic field, which severely hinders the development of market economy. This paper proposes a routine of re-establishing the system of credit: setting up a complete legal system of credit administration, efficient measurements of credit disclosure, strict penalty of credit loss and agencies of credit services.
