Study on Emergency Management of City Disaster Prevention and Reduction

Carring out on the town of disaster classification, summarizing its harmful and analysising the city,s disaster-causing mechanism;explaining the relation and meaning of four in emergency management of city disaster; we discuss the emergency management measures of city disaster based on the prevention and preparation of city disaster, disaster response,recovery and evaluation after disaster.The results indicate that strengthening the awareness of disaster prevention,disaster monitoring and early warning,formulating emergency plan,exercising emergency plan play an important role in urban disaster prevention and preparation;in order to do a good job responding to disasters in city,we should set up emergency response agency and the command center,start emergency plan,deal with disasters in accordance with the procedures; the summary and evaluation of emergency management are the last stage of all the emergency management,besides,it should not be ignored,we should take it seriously and summarize profoundly.
