Discussion on Library's Digital Information Service in Literature Resources Construction

In the construction and utilization of modern library's digital information resources there are some problems such as the shortage of the funds,the lower knowledge level of the librarians,the out-of-date management thought of the managers,and the large demand for the additional literature resources,etc.In order to better serve the readers,in library's construction of digital information resources,we should strengthen the construction and investment of hardware capacities,the innovation of service mode,the construction of characteristic information resources,and the improvement of librarians' quality.
