Abstract
In this study,1,3 or 5 human spermatozoa with acrosomes injected into a hamster oocyte in experimental group,simultaneously,the same number spermatozoa without their acrosomes injected into control group hamster oocyte,oocytes activation,fertilization and post-development were observed.The results showed that the abnormal rate of oocytes development were significantly increased with the increasing of the number of spermatozoa injection.However,no matter how many number of spermatozoa injection,there were no abnormal oocytes in control group.In addition,when more human spermatozoa were injected into individual hamster oocytes,the multi-pronuclear formation rate of acrosomal integrity group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.01).Experimental results showed that spermatozoa acrosomal enzymes may have some influence on the eggs and embryonic post-development.The spermatozoa of removal acrosomes were more preferable and effective before ICSI.
