Design of Testing and Control System of Drawing-testing Machine Based on PLC and Configuration Software

Abstract

In this paper,the application of auto-testing and control system of the drawing-testing machine is described based on design idea of modern technology.The auto-testing,fault diagnosis and display of testing graph result of the system are presented by PLC and PC,and the hardware framework,software module and concrete method of realizing are bringing forward.The results of actual application show the testing and control system has high abilities to precision and reliability,and meets with the demands of realistic application in our country,moreover,it is definite practicality and wide foreground.
