Abstract

by screening out fungicides combined with Trichoderma to improve control effect of Trichoderma on Botrytis cinerea.[Methods] The inhibitory effect of Trichoderma on B.cinerea was determined with confrontation, spore suspension and the detached leaf method. The toxicity effect of ten kinds of fungicides with different mechanism to Trichoderma and B.cinerea were tested by mycelium growth rate method, and the ratio value of EC50 beyond 1 was used as the screening standard.[Results] Under confrontation method, the inhibition rate of Trichoderma to B.cinerea was 69.52%.The EC50 values by spore suspension method and the detached leaf method were 1.4×108 and 7.5×1010 cfu/L,respectively,the ratio of EC50 of boscalid, fluazinam, azoxystrobin, fludioxonil and pyrisoxazole were more than 1.[Conclusions] Fives different fungicides mentioned above are regarded as optional fungicides combined with Trichoderma to control B.cinerea.
