On Higher Vocational Cultivation of Tourism Talents with Regional Culture——Taking Yunfu of Guangdong Province for Example

Cultivation of tourism talents with characteristics of regional culture is inevitable requirement of regional tourism for higher vocational colleges. Cultural tourism of Yunfu has developed rapidly in recent years. However,it still has some problems on cultivation of tourism talents,for example government is lack of understanding,schools' culture strength are not great,enterprises' participation power is not strong. The paper is from overall height of cultivation of tourism talents,provided the policy guidance,strengthened the theoretical research,revised talents training scheme and deepen school-enterprise cooperation, in order to better develop tourism talents with characteristic of regional culture.
