Abstract
Currently,donepezil,rivastigmine,galantamine and memantine are the first-line drugs in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).They have definite efficacy and can effectively improve the symptoms of AD patients with good safety and tolerability.This review describes those four drugs in terms of treatment effectiveness,safety/tolerability,market and development.
