Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid and resorcinol in compound fluocinonide tincture. Methods The determination was carried out wih C18 column, using methanol-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjusting the pH to 5.8 with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was controlled at 1.0 m L /min,and detected wavelength at 230 nm.Results The linear ranges were 0.01-0.1 mg/mL for salicylic acid and 0.02-0.2 mg/m L for Chlorphenamine Maleate. Conclusion HPLC method is efficient and precise.
