Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of early integrated rehabilitation on functional prognosis and complications in acute stroke patients.Method:183 stroke patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Early integrated rehabilitation group consisted of 90 patients based on routine medication were treated with Bobath method,psychotherapy,and health education. In control group, 93 patients were treated with conventional medication.The two groups were assessed with the NIH Stroke Scale,activity of daily living,anxiety,and depression. Result:①The neurological deficit scores,anxiety and depression were reduced,while motor function and ADL were improved after 4 weeks of therapy in both groups.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).The scores in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).②The subluxation of shoulder joint was not significant after 4 week of therapy in the two groups(P0.05). Other complications in rehabilitation group were less than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Early integrated rehabilitation is effective on reducing neurological deficit and complications and ameliorating motor function and ADL in stroke patients.
