Global Trend of Informationization the Market Opening and Countermeasures of Information Service Industry after China's Entry into WTO

Abstract

The trend of informationization indicates information industry will be a new engine of world economic growth at the post-industrialization stage of the 21st century. In comparison with developed countries,informa- tion service industry of China accounts for a small proportion of GDP. After the entry into WTO, domestic in- formation service industry will face new market opportunities and challenges. Foreign in formation service enterprises and organizations with clear comparative superiority will have gnat influence on Chinese enterprises. Under the new circumstances, China should make good use of such domestic short resources as foreign advantageous technologies of service management and funds, take information service industry as breakthrough, especially software, data bank and network service, and make it the leading industry guiding information industry and service industry.
