Abstract

Institution of Association and Consulting was established following North Song and Liao Nation by South Song Nation in the period of confrontation between Song and Jin Nation,and Extraordinary Envoys was one important convoys.The Extraordinary Envoys were of a multitude person-times and names sent by South Song Nation.In the different period of history,the frequent and aim was different of sending envoys,which was the manifestation of military and diplomatic policy of people who were in power of South Song Nation.Literati expressed their opinion about sending Extraordinary Envoys which showed their attitude toward the war between South Song and Jin Nation.
