Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical value on aerobic and anaerobic culture approaches and the effect on the recovery time and the recovery rate of different specific bacterial.METHODS Retrospective analysis of bacteria isolated from 38839 cases bottles of clinical blood and body fluid samples from Jan.1999 to Oct.2009 was performed by Mini VITAL Blood Culture Automaton System and VITEK32 Automicrobic System.RESULTS A total of the kind of 171 of 7327 strains of 56 isolates were recovered from 38839 blood samples and the result of 7241 was positive(18.64%).The positive recovery rate of aerobic and anaerobic culture bottles of clinical separation aerobic of 7327 had significant difference(χ2=7.14,P0.01),and the positive recovery rate of non-fermentation bacteria,Micro coccus,fungi and anaerobic bacteria had significant difference(P0.01),and the positive recovery rate of staphylococcus and corynebacteria was significant(P0.05).The positive recovery speed of Salmonella bacteria and corynebacteria bacteria isolates from aerobic and anaerobic culture bottles have significant difference(P0.01).CONCLUSION The application both of aerobic and anaerobic culture is a reasonable suit,it is a kind of ideal combination,and it is good application value in clinic.
