The Differences between Su Shi's and Huang Tingjian's Qilv Poems and Their Personality

The Qilv poem styles of Su Shi and Huang Tingjian were very different.If Huang Tingjian's Qilv was the development process of traditional poetry,Su Shi's Qilv was variant.The two people's resultant forcese pushed the Qilv creation of the Northern Song Dynasty to the summit.From the syntax,words,allusion,using function words,forming new style etc,by comparing the differences between their creative techniques and styles,we can see the personality difference between Su Shi and Huang Tingjian.Su Shi was extroverted but internal restrained.Huang Tingjian was external restraint but internal liberty.This conclusion is very different from the conventional academic study.The author hopes that the academic points of view can arouse people's concerns and promote the further study;also hopes that this article can provide the methodological reference for the academia in poetry studies.
