Study on Seeding Rate and Seeding Date of Wheat Yannong 19

Abatract [Objective]The aim was to find out the best seeding rate and date of main popularized variety Yannong19 in Lianyungang City.[Method] The test of seeding date and rate of Yannong19 was carried out by setting different seeding date and different seeding rate.[Result] The results showed that seeding date of October 2 and seeding rate of 150 kg/hm2 were the best choice in Lianyungang City,the seeding rate should be enlarged if seeding rate was too late and the seeding rate should be 300 kg/hm2 on October 2.The wheat should be sowed no later than the end of October in Lianyungang City.[Conclusion] The results provided the basic data to ensure the steady growth in wheat production in Lianyungang City.
