Abstract
Objective Large area of burns patients T lymphocyte subsets change and its clinical significance.MethodsUsing direct immun of luorescence, the value of CD3+T cells、CD4+T cells、CD8+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ in 45 cases of burn patients and 15 healthy people's Peripheral blood were detected by FCM.ResultsWith the normal control group, CD4+cells decreased significantly (P0.05); CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased significantly(P0.05).ConclusionBurn patients with the T lymphocyte subsets in the pathogenesis of play an important role.
