Abstract
This article explored the possible antagonistic effects and mechanisms of Trichoderma viride on Botrytis cinerea Pers by the means of confrontation culturing,mechanistic study of bacterial interactions and evaluating the effect of antagonistic media on the growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers. Trichoderma viride·Dimethomorph water-dispersible tablet provided good control against Botrytis cinerea Pers in laboratory and field experiments. Application rates were 300 to 600 times. Controlling effect was from 83%to 95%. And no crop injury was observed. The antagonistic effects of Trichoderma viride on Botrytis cinerea Pers was produced by the role of metabolizable offspring(enzyme or poison)to Botrytis cinerea Pers.
