Abstract
This paper summarizes Professor Dai Deying' s clinical experience in treating oligomenorrhea by periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine.Professor Dai holds that the main pathogenesis of oligomenorrhea is deficiency of kidney essence and blood,or phlegm stasis in uterus.And she applies sequential therapy to regulate menstruation:circulating blood and qi during menstrual period,nourishing kidney-yin and enriching qi and blood after periods,promoting blood and qi circulation,and smoothing thoroughfare and conception vessels in the period of intermenstrum,warming governor vessel and benefiting stomach-qi to improve luteal function during menstrual cycles.And one medical record is presented.
