Abstract

Development of new rural community education is necessary initiatives to enhance the quality of the rural labor force, building a learning society. In this paper reveals the meaning of the new rural community education, and then analyze the significance of developing new rural community education and educational development process of the new rural community problems Finally, put forward a few suggestions on the development of new rural community education.
