Abstract
The aggregate supplied for coarse aggregate production system of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is unbalanced in gradation;oversize aggregate is not enough while the small aggregate is too much, resulting in aggregate abandonment. The coarse aggregate proportion of 4-graded concrete was optimized through laboratory test and in-situ investigation, and the proportion was determined as 23:30:22:25.The workability is better after adjustment. The coarse aggregate production and construction demand is balanced basically, and no more aggregate abandonment happened.
