Abstract

This article has researched the system of open vocational college of Hunan TV university from the perspective of value innovation.Though the analysis of value innovation,traditional industry analysis,learners psychological demand analysis and learners function analysis that to prove the theory of innovation and the definition of open-Higher education system in this mode.Through the learners to further verify the effectiveness of positioning map of the Higher the value of open innovation model of the education system.
