Abstract
OBJECTIVE To construct a Ebp 1 and EGFP fusion gene and express the gene in HEK 293 T cells. METHODS The pEGFPC 1-Ebp 1 was constructed by PCR and gene engineering technique,and then the recombinant vector was transfected into HEK 293 T cells by using lipofectamine. RESULTS The HEK 293 T cells were successfully transfected pEGFPC 1-Ebp 1 gene,which confirmed by fluoroscopy.
