Abstract
Security Dilemma is a fundamental concept in international security. It is one of the driving forces of inter-state tensions, rivalries and conflicts. As far as the nature of international society is concerned, security dilemma is extremely difficult to be eliminated. In the cours of China's rise, the security dilemma that she is being faced with in its geo-security environment is especially prominent.America, which regards the rise of China as a challenge to its hegemony and even a threat to its security, has now treats her as a major geo-strategic competitor;Japan finds it uneasy to adjust itself to the rise of such a neighbor;China and Russia have mutual demand in establishing a Strategic Collaborative Partnership, but geographic proximity serves as a restraint in pushing this relationship forward, and as a result makes the security dilemma between the two countries inevitable though in a less visible manner;India's rise as a military power with nuclear weapons is bound to divert China's focus and resources and makes her geo-security environment more complicated.
