Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple puncture at neck jia-ji-points combined with fumigation of Chinese Herbal Medicine in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods: 95 paients were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(45 cases).The treatment group were received triple puncture at neck jia-ji-points combine with fumigation of Chinese Herbal Medicine,and the control group were given traditional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two course of treatment.Results: The total efficacy rate was 94% in the treatment group,and 80% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Ttriple puncture at neck jia-ji-points combined with fumigation of Chinese Herbal Medicine is superior to traditional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
