Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of contralateral sport needling method for treating tennis elbow. Methods: 68 patients with tennis elbow were randomly allocated to a treatment group( 35 cases) and a control group( 33 cases). The treatment group was with contralateral sport needling method and the control group was with conventional therapy. Results: The curative rates were 62. 86% in the treatment group and42. 42% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups( P 0. 05).Conclusion: Contralateral sport needling therapy is an effective way to treat tennis elbow.
