Abstract

The project of automatic testing system for electro-hydraulic servo valve was developed to meet need of kinds of servo valves characteristic test.The function and performance of servo amplifier was expatiated and its scheme was introduced.The track filter technology was applied in frequency characteristic test.Considering nonlinear and saturation of flow characteristic curve,the parameters of calculating characteristic were established.The system was used in the assembly line.
