Abstract
Objective:To discuss the performances of different types of renal carcinoma with contrast -enhanced ultrasound. Methods:To analyze contrast -enhanced ultrasound features of 60 cases with renal carcinoma on the basis of pathologic diagnosis results. Results:The contrast -enhanced ultrasound mode of renal carcinoma have shown diversities, and its typical performance is that contrast agent quickly enters lesions, but then it quickly exits, hyper -enhancement was shown, and the degree of infiltrate around the lesion shows clearly with presence of pseudocapsule. Conclusion:The contrast -enhanced ultrasound provides important information for diagnosis of renal carcinoma:it has great clinical value on the definite diagnosis of renal carcinoma.
