Research on the Innovation Network Structural Impact on Innovation Resource Utilization

In this paper,we introduce the innovation network structural impact on innovation resource utilization which has an important practical significance of enhancing the capability of transmuting regional resource into income. First of all,we define the concept of innovation resource,and based on the network structure statistical variables,establishing the model of innovation network structural impact on innovation resource utilization. Then the simulation study has been done on the process of cluster innovation network structural impact on innovation resource utilization by using the combining method of simulation and empirical method. The results show that the changes of the network structure could cause the agent choosing different utilization mechanisms and by this way to impact on innovation resource utilization ratio.
