Abstract
Objective: To improve the methods for hypospadias operations , and increase the successful rate. Methods: We designed a new technique, in which we corrected the clubbed penis and reconstructed the urethra of glans in the first stage of operation. Eight patients with hypospadias received this technique. The urethra of glans were reconstructed by using a distal skin flap of penis. In the second stage, urethroplasty were performed between the urethra of glans and the orifice. Results: The appearance of penis and the new urethra were good with normal erection, and no leak and narrow happened. Conclusion: This operation can be performed easily, and it can simplify the operation of the second stage with less complications and better results.
