Abstract
this paper puts forward a kind of new creative algorithm. The algorithm combines genetic algorithm with case-based reasoning technology, which manages to use case-based reasoning technology to enforce genetic algorithm in order to make genetic algorithm have ability of learning former experience. So the new algorithm has a more fast speed of convergence and better performance than a standard genetic algorithm.
