Abstract
Based on the aesthetic principle,A Dream of Red Mansion and its translating versions is analyzed.Comparing the Chinese version and translation,the aesthetic elements are compared and studied to understand the writer and translator's aesthetic taste.By evaluating the translator's style and skill revealing the original,the methods of translation are explored to present the aesthetic value of study.
