Comparative Study on Various Methods of Inserting AutoCAD Drawings into Word Documents

Abstract

AutoCAD,which is a widely used plot software,can easily offer the convenience in two and three-dimension drawing design.However,when inserted into Word documents,the lines of AutoCAD turn out to be either too thin or indented.Based on a detailed analysis to the various methods of inserting AutoCAD drawings into Word documents and their effects,we proposed the method of inserting AutoCAD drawings using BetterWMF software.Application shows that this method is not only simple and practical,but it also solves the problems mentioned above.
