Abstract
According to the characteristics of Radio- wave Propagation and Antenna of Wuhan University,the experiment of radio wave propagation in the ionosphere with ionosonde is designed and adopted in the class. From this experimental teaching,the students could appreciate the theory and methods of ground based ionosphere sounding,the theory of radio wave propagation in the ionosphere,and understand the application of radiowave in the ionosphere detection. The students would obtain the general ability to analysis and design of the radio wave system and the access to the information in terms of basic theory and knowledge of modern electronic information technology.
