Abstract
The socialist theory system with the Chinese features is the latest achievement of localization of Marxism in China as well as the most precious political and spiritual property of the whole party.It is gradually formed in the historical process when the Chinese people explore the way of the socialist building and development in an independent and autonomous way.It is of great significance for us to realize and master its basic law in its formation process.This paper analyses the basic law of formation of the socialist theory system with the Chinese features from six aspects.
