Conflict and Coordination of Shareholder's Rights to Know and Company's Right of Business Confidence

It is a great advancement that the shareholder's rights to know was amended in new Company Law of P.R.China.But at the same timet here are some imperfect points,especially the protection of company's right of business confidence.So we should protect shareholder's rights to know,at the same time,so do the company's interests,in order to avoid the conflict of the two parties from legislation regulations,law-executing justice and judiciary relief.
