Abstract
The college campus cultural reconstruction is a systematic project,which invalves the coordination of every branch of university.It should be guided by socialist core-value system,developing material culture,system culture,and spiritual culture in harmonious way,building a service troop on campus,forming the lasting effect mechanism to construct the campus culture.
