Abstract

Legal ideas and modernization of law are the bases for the construction of the rule of law in China.It can be concluded from Western and China's legal histories that legal education is closely related with legal ideas,and both of them are the important parts of the modernization of law.On one hand,legal education creates and spreads legal ideas;on the other,legal ideas are the core and basis of legal education.
