Abstract

The basic principle and characteristic features of sequencing biofilm batch reactor(SBBR) a new wastewater treatment technology were introduced.Research status of SBBR process for sewage treatment in the domestic and foreign was generalized.Some suggestions for SBBR development were put forward.It was also pointed out that SBBR process would be a competitive wastewater treatment process and its future application would be widely popularized.
