On the basis of measuring analyzing the sound of ball mill,the working load state of mill can be known exactly.And the states of mill such asempty milling,full millingandnormal millingcan be adjusted thus the mill's efficiency,energy consumption and running cost can be optimized.The development and design of multi-frequency band measuring system for analyzing the sound of mill are explained.
