Abstract
Phase change materials have high heat storage density,with a small temperature difference between storing and releasing heat process.Phase change materials have been widely used in heat pumps and solar engineering.This paper focused on the progress in phase change energy storage materials in recent years.It also introduced and analyzed the research situation of preparation,heat transfer performance,numerical simulation of phase transition process and applications.Finally,the prospects of composite phase change energy storage materials was viewed.
