Abstract

What is service-oriented government ? This is the first problem that should be answered when we study and build a service-oriented government.This paper first starts from the scholars'different views on the connotation of service-oriented government,then analyzes the connotation and characteristics of a service-oriented government,at last offers several construction strategies which further speed up the construction of service-oriented government.
